Location: 255 W 4th St, Kimball, NE 69145
Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
Shift: Night- 4x12
Start Date: 03/02/2026
Gurantee Hours: 48 hours weekly
Job Duties:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring in both Med Surg and ER overflow settings
- Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygen saturation, and pain levels; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Assist with emergency stabilization, rapid response, and trauma care when floating to the ER
- Initiate and manage IV access, wound care, Foley catheters, NG tubes, and other nursing procedures
- Collaborate with ER physicians, hospitalists, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely patient care
