Senior Clinical Science Specialist, Rare Disease / Liver, West Palm Beach

Ipsen seeks a Senior Clinical Science Specialist to lead rare disease and liver-focused commercial activities across West Palm Beach and surrounding Florida territories. The role combines clinical expertise with account management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven strategy to support specialty biopharma products.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales, share and key performance indicators for assigned brands
- Navigate complex multi-stakeholder healthcare organizations and manage customer accounts efficiently
- Develop professional relationships with physicians and healthcare providers based on approved materials
- Engage in clinical conversations with healthcare professionals using approved resources and messaging
- Review and analyze market and customer data to support strategic planning and execution
Requirements
- Eight years life-sciences experience with minimum five years in rare or specialty areas
- At least three years specialty biopharma sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed quantitative and qualitative targets
- Understanding of payer and clinical landscape in specialty and rare diseases
- Bachelor's degree; MBA, MSc, nursing or advanced degree preferred
- Superior presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- GI and/or Hepatology experience preferred
Compensation: $135,000–$198,000 base annual salary
