Chief Growth Officer

To drive growth initiatives, the full-time Chief Growth Officer will manage new agency services relationships and LOCALACT subscription revenue, overseeing the entire sales pipeline while collaborating with the leadership team in a remote capacity with occasional in-office meetings. Key responsibilities Own and forecast growth metrics for new logo services revenue and LOCALACT subscription revenue Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline, including targeting, outreach, negotiation, and closing Develop and execute marketing strategies that contribute to the sales pipeline, including conferences and content marketing Required qualifications Proven senior commercial leadership experience in agency, marketing services, or professional services Track record of achieving new business revenue targets in both services and software sales Strong understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management Ability to distinguish between brand and local operator buyer needs Desire to build an organization around growth metrics and contribute to product strategy
