Research Engineering/Scientist Associate II (Ho Lab), Biomedical Engineering Hiring Department: Biomedical Engineering Position Open To: All Applicants Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40 FLSA Status: Exempt from FLSA Earliest Start Date: Jun 22, 2026 Position Duration: Expected to Continue Until Aug 15, 2026 Location: UT MAIN CAMPUS Purpose The Research Engineering/Scientist II (RESA II) is a short-term position in Ho Lab that will support the Biomedical Engineering Department in systems neuroscience. Responsibilities Design and execute experiments Analyze and model data Manage undergraduates Required Qualifications Master degree or Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years of relevant experience Expertise with human neuroscience Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
