The Performance & Quality Improvement (PQI) program offers organization-wide resources and support that promotes consistent, efficient, and effective best practices, helping to reduce risk and clearly demonstrate the impact of Catholic Charities Atlanta’s work. This VISTA position is a part of Catholic Charities USA’s Family Strengthening Program, a national intermediary project. As a member, you will meet virtually with VISTA Leaders and other VISTAs serving throughout the country, all focused on alleviating poverty. Further help on this page can be found by clicking here. Member Duties The AmeriCorps VISTA member will play a key role in strengthening Catholic Charities Atlanta’s data reporting systems and practices. By learning core database administration tasks and evaluating current reporting workflows, the VISTA will help improve data quality, streamline grant reporting, and support organizational transparency. In addition, the member will identify the self-reporting needs of managers and directors, assess current data gaps, and develop tools, training, and action plans that empower staff to independently manage and access reporting data. This work will ensure more efficient data use and enhanced communication of program outcomes to stakeholders and funders.
