What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a state-of-the-art Level-III NICU
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists to deliver patient-centered care
• Assist with newborn nursery coverage
• Manage approximately 10 patients daily
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care
• Participate in rounding, family communication, and care planning
• Support quality improvement initiatives in neonatal care

What You Need

• Valid NNP Board Certification
• At least 2 years of current neonatal experience (excluding RN experience)
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
