Technical Implementation Specialist

To support a seamless onboarding experience for customers, the full-time remote Technical Implementation Specialist will coordinate implementations and technical integrations from kickoff to go-live while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure customer success. Key responsibilities Lead customers through the onboarding and implementation process from kickoff to go-live Coordinate implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support successful deployments Facilitate customer meetings and communications throughout the implementation process Required qualifications 4+ years' experience in implementation, customer success, technical support, or a similar customer-facing technical role Experience working directly with customers in a SaaS or technology environment Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, system configuration, or data workflows Experience supporting integrations such as SSO, rostering, or data synchronization Demonstrates a structured approach to troubleshooting technical issues and recognizing when escalation is required
