COMPREHENSIVE SURGEON NEEDED IN Swansea, Illinois

Thriving mid-sized multi-specialty practice with 10 locations, experiencing remarkable growth and expansion as theyprepare to open their newest location at the end of 2025 and are actively seeking additional surgeons to join our esteemed team. With our current physicians at capacity, this is a unique opportunity to step in and access a robust patient base immediately, both clinically and surgically.

Theyare searching for a fellowship trained, BC/BERetina specialist, interested in anterior segment and cataracts, with exceptional surgical skills and the talent to develop and maintain excellent relationships with theirreferring physicians, as well as functioning comfortably with clinical and surgical demand.

About the Position:

\tImmediate surgical volume: cataract andvitreoretinal proceduresincluding retinal detachment repair, macular surgery, diabetic eye disease, and complex posterior segment cases

\tEstablished referral base withimmediate clinic and OR access
\t
\t
\t1:3 months call rotation (ODs take first call)

\t
\tMentorship and collaboration withnationally recognized subspecialists

\tTeaching, research, and leadership opportunities available
