Group Platform Manager- Cordless Products

Milwaukee Tool is searching for a Group Platform Manager- Cordless Products to join and expand our Cordless Platform Management team, leading the strategy, definition, and evolution of our cordless systems.

This role is responsible for managing our cordless systems as products by translating cordless system stakeholder needs into a clear roadmap of system capabilities and defined performance tiers. You will partner closely with our product category leaders, system engineers, and fellow platform managers to ensure our cordless systems deliver best-in-class experiences and products that drive growth across the business.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong leadership, systems thinking, and the ability to align product category teams and engineering teams around a shared vision for our cordless systems.

The tools you'll bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, product development, or another customer-oriented related field is recommended.
• 10+ years of experience in product and/or platform management.
• Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Solid customer orientation, core understanding of the user lifecycle journey and user needs, and how user insight and user strategy drive experience.
• Strong planning and organizational skills required with the demonstrated ability to balance competing demands.
• Ability to travel 25-30% of the year.
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office and Internet usage is required.

Other tools we prefer you to have:

• Experience in Agile frameworks, phase-gate processes framework.
• Basic technical understanding of power tool technology.
• Experience working on hardware systems, product ecosystems, or platforms.
