Your Role Conduct 2nd interviews that will test the technical depth of candidates and their suitability for positions available Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs promptly Be a vital part of the recruitment team Requirements You have at least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on projects at scale. You have hired other engineers to join your team in the past. You have worked in a high‑growth dynamic company Job is 100% Remote.
