Orchestrates the leasing and strategic marketing of vacant and upcoming apartments. Meticulously navigates through all leasing documentation and paperwork. Curates and shepherds applications towards approval. Guides new residents through the lease agreement and associated addenda with clarity and precision. Embarks on detailed apartment inspections, promptly reporting enhancement opportunities. Nurtures harmonious resident relationships, ensuring satisfaction and contentment. Transforms data into insights by inputting fees, deposits, and new lease details. Extends a warm welcome to prospective lessees by showcasing apartments with charm and expertise. Facilitates smooth transitions with the handling and processing of Notice to Vacate forms. Offers a seamless rental payment process that fosters convenience and ease. Essential Qualifications Essential Property Management Expertise : Invaluable experience in the realm of property management is an absolute must. Dynamic Sales and Customer Service Proficiency : A minimum of one year showcasing prowess in sales and/or customer service, reflecting your dedication to fostering lasting relationships. Tech Savviness : Possessing a strong grasp of modern technology and its applications is essential.
