Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound sales calls, promote and sell Mosquito Squad services, with a focus on our 14‑day barrier treatment program. While working a flexible schedule, you’ll use your exceptional interpersonal skills to listen to customer’s needs, explain our products and services in detail; then recommend the solution that best fits those needs. Mosquito Squad provides comprehensive, ongoing training in all of our products and services to ensure you can overcome customer objections. As an Inbound Sales Associate you will also be given access to our state of the art CRM software to keep details at hand. Additionally, managers/sales support provide real-time sales coaching/feedback, weekly team huddles and ongoing training. This is a flexible schedule part‑time position that pays you a guaranteed hourly rate PLUS sales commissions. Our sales cycle is very fast—many sales are closed on the first call we get from a prospect. Most of the sales leads we receive are due to our outstanding online reputation and online reviews. Current customers make our referral network amazing. We receive a good portion of our leads via word‑of‑mouth because of our strong and positive presence in our core geographic areas. More good news? Responsibilities Be the "Voice" of Mosquito Squad by embodying professionalism, courtesy, tenacity and subject matter expert of company knowledge Promote and sell Mosquito Squad services with a focus on the 14‑day Protective Barrier Treatment Follow Mosquito Squad's sales process during inbound sales calls Demonstrate excellent listening skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding of customer needs Overcome customer objections Cold call warm leads Upgrade single treatment customers to full season treatment Follow‑up and close sales with new and former customers Complete required forms / update CRM client record Qualifications Highly motivated and determined Excellent interpersonal and listening skills Strong ability to overcome customer objections Highly able to manage rejection and continue to close sales Willingness and desire to follow a structured sales process Detail oriented in tracking customer information and sales progress Reliable transportation Perks Flexible schedule Ongoing training Commission potential Excellent brand #J-18808-Ljbffr
