Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment supporting inpatient and outpatient therapy services.

Details

• Hospital setting with 100 beds and a therapy team of 31 staff across PT/OT/SP disciplines
• Provides both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services
• Standard equipment used for physical therapy treatment
• Documentation completed in Meditech
• Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekend coverage may be requested but is flexible

Requirements

• PT or DPT degree required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of recent physical therapy experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
• One professional reference required (two references required for Florida and Missouri placements)

Additional Information

• Responsible for helping the team manage a high patient load, with a productivity goal of 3 units per hour worked
• Works within a collaborative, team-oriented department
• Dress code includes pale/dove gray or black scrub pants with a dove/pale gray top
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
