Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in Pine Bluff, AR. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and repairing a variety of household appliances, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Join us in making homes more comfortable and functional!

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair processes and timelines.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances to prevent future issues.
Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair is a plus.
Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
