Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, crafting tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities that align with clients' preferences and treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of establishing a trusting, therapeutic relationship with clients.

• A strong sense of empathy, combined with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach toward clients' challenges.

• Solid organizational skills to manage clinical documentation and a diverse caseload efficiently.
