Greensboro Auto Auction is the South's leading independent, dealer exclusive auto auction. Greensboro Auto Auction is locally owned and operated. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Onboarding Coordinator. Position: Full time 8-5 Monday-Thursday 8-12 Friday (Evening work may be required as job duties demand)

Responsibilities:

• Answers and directs departmental phone calls.
• Receives and distributes office mail.
• Schedules and organizes appointments.
• Conducts background checks for applicants.
• Proofreads and types of documents and correspondence.
• Processes new hire and rehire paperwork for new
• May assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance and new hire.
• May assist with payroll.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Ability to operate office equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 60 words per minute.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products or similar software.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
