Account Management ProcessorCarrier is redefining the HVAC industry—and we're looking for an Account Management Processor to help drive that transformation in our Missouri City, TX service branch. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end customer experience. You'll partner closely with operations, technicians, sales, centralized support teams, and leadership to ensure service work is booked accurately, executed efficiently, and billed correctly. This is a hands-on operational role at the center of growth, change, and customer satisfaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced service environment and enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to complex operations, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely booking of service jobs in coordination with sales teams, including daily review of closed-unbooked opportunitiesComplete job setup, billing plans, and scheduling notifications for Service CoordinatorsReview open orders daily and drive timely job completionAssist with warranty and startup jobsProcess parts ordering, purchase orders, and AAP requestsReview Preliminary Billing Documents (PBDs) and ensure invoices are processed on timeEnsure accurate billing for projects, service contracts, time & materials, and fixed-price workPerform project reconciliation to minimize under-billed or missed revenueServe as an Accounts Receivable subject matter expertResolve customer billing disputes and manage credit holdsSubmit and maintain tax exemption documentationSet up new customers and vendors accurately to avoid delays or disputesMonitor operational metrics and report progress, trends, and issues to the teamProactively support pull-through revenue by assisting with repair and service opportunity trackingAssist leadership in driving on-time, within-budget service executionBuild strong, lasting relationships with customers and external partnersRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED5+ years of customer service or service operations experience2+ years of working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce or SAPPreferred Qualifications2+ years of HVAC service industry experienceBachelor's degree in Business Management or a related fieldDetail oriented with strong follow throughAn excellent communicator with a customer first mindsetA self starter who brings energy, accountability, and process disciplineTime and priority management skillsComfortable working across teams in a fast paced service environmentEHS awarenessPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
