Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing vehicle maintenance, educating guests, building customer loyalty, managing employee schedules, assisting with inventory, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. You will also help open and close the center, ensuring all protocols are followed, and foster team development. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service environments, with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, analyze KPI data, and make sound judgments is essential. Flexibility for weekend work, fluency in English, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments is necessary.
