Delivery Driver CDL-Warehouse Associate 1 (DMHCDL1)

Schedule:

Commonly an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver CDL-Warehouse Associate to safely drive a class A, B, or C vehicle and support our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for performing deliveries to support customer purchases, recovering used batteries, performing customer installations, and completing warehouse tasks such as shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, and inventory control. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred.

Minimum 1 year working as a CDL Driver.

Valid DOT CDL with medical card, and hazmat endorsement.

Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years.

Advanced knowledge of courteous and safe driving procedures, DOT/HOS requirements, and hazardous materials (HAZCOM) safety procedures.

Ability to lift up to 125 lbs (with group lifting for heavier weights) and operate material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities: Safely deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing profitable sales of Company products and services.

Deliver products, pick up used batteries, and maintain and replenish consignment products for customers.

Plan efficient routes and ensure proper, safe stocking of your vehicle.

Perform battery installations, load and offload vehicles, and prepare shipments.

Maintain accurate documentation of all customer transactions and strictly follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies.

Train personnel on mastered job processes, techniques, and procedures.
