Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service. Proven ability to meet and exceed goals, demonstrating a customer-first mindset. Availability for full-time work and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
