Outdoor Laborer

Pay & Benefits $23.00–$25.00 per hour to start, depending on experience 40 hours of PTO after 90 days Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance starting as low as $15/week Monday–Friday schedule with overtime and Saturdays as needed Hours: 6:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. What You'll Do Work indoors and outdoors year-round dismantling and recycling electrical equipment Use oxy-fuel torches and industrial tools to dismantle transformers Sort and separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and other material-handling equipment Safely move heavy materials throughout the facility Follow all safety procedures in a fast-paced industrial environment Required Experience 2+ years of outdoor construction, demolition, or similar physically demanding work

1. year of oxy-fuel torch cutting experience
2. years operating heavy equipment such as telehandlers, cranes, or excavators

5+ years of forklift operating experience Preferred Experience Scrap yard or metal recycling experience Experience identifying and sorting ferrous and non-ferrous metals Skills & Qualifications Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle heavy materials throughout the shift Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check A-Line EDS is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr aline
