Quality Technician - 2nd Shift - $500 Sign On Bonus!

Job Summary The Quality Technician is responsible for leading and managing day‑to‑day quality control by inspecting all incoming and outgoing products for defects to ensure high‑quality cabinetry. Responsibilities Inspect incoming and/or outgoing products for defects. Assess product accuracy, consistency, and finish quality. Communicate defects to relevant personnel. Repair cabinetry component defects when applicable. Complete necessary documentation and paperwork. Maintain production and quality standards. Follow safety rules and work instructions. Perform other duties assigned by management and rotate to other departments as needed. Communicate with employees on a regular basis. Qualifications Strong color vision with the ability to accurately distinguish subtle variations in color. Ability to read a tape measure and use it effectively. Ability to read the move ticket and understand all of its contents. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work with little direct supervision. Good teamwork and communication skills. Ability to identify specialized equipment used in this job and indicate the daily percent of time spent on each. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $25.00 – $32.50 per hour + $1.00 shift differential. One‑time sign‑on bonus of $500, paid 50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days of employment. Shift: 2nd Shift.
