Lead Data Engineer

We are searching for an experienced Data Engineering and Architecture leader to oversee a large data warehouse build-out. This position is a split between a greenfield environment new build while maintaining a legacy environment. This will be heavily focused on data ingestion, pipelines, and warehousing. The ideal person for this position will have strong prior history building out either a data warehouse or similar-complexity project at a large scale. While this will involve some leadership & people management elements, it is primarily a hands‑on technical engineering position and will require deep skills in ingestion frameworks, architecture, pipeline creation & optimization, warehouse design, and similar. This is a hybrid position in Phoenix, Arizona. Required Skills & Experience 10+ Years of experience in Data infrastructure Warehousing Engineering Data Pipelines Strategy Ingestion Pipelines/ETL Desired Skills & Experience Technology or Fintech industry experience Bachelors, MBA, or similar in relevant field Greenfield/new-build experience What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities 80% Hands On 10% Management Duties Offer Eligible for annual salary bonus.
