What You'll Do

· Perform fluid flushes, filter changes, tire rotations and mounts, and other preventive maintenance across all makes and models

· Conduct vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs and required parts

· Collaborate with our technicians and service advisors to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

· Maintain a clean, organized work area and accurate records of all services performed

· Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques

Who We're Looking For

· High school diploma or GED — show us you're good at follow-through

· An excellent communicator: describing what you find on a vehicle is a vital part of becoming a successful technician, and telling us where you need help is a key part of growth

· A positive attitude that takes pride in the work

· Valid driver's license and a good driving record

· Basic hand tools

· Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Able to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment
