Monthly cross-training for career advancement, flexible scheduling to support personal well-being, paid training, health, dental, and vision insurance, referral program, positive team culture, hourly pay: $15.00 to $21.00, based on experience and certifications.

Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a world-class team, dedication to customer service, fluent in English, clean criminal background check, ability to pass a drug test, valid driver's license with a clean record, ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, ability to lift 75 lbs frequently, willingness to learn new skills.

Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/re-installation according to Paul Davis and industry standards, provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean, organized truck and company equipment, be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed, assist with warehousing and facility tasks, support other team members and demonstrate leadership when opportunities arise.
