Registered Nurse RN

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med Surg 5E unit, providing care for adult medical patients with diagnoses such as pneumonia, diverticulitis, and respiratory infections. Key Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care. Assessing patient conditions, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Monitoring patients requiring complex care, performing assessments, and developing care plans. Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members and ensuring adherence to standards. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Missouri or equivalent. Previous hospital experience preferred; BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various nursing duties.
