This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable wearing multiple marketing hats and can work independently with minimal oversight.ResponsibilitiesSEO: Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search rankings; conduct keyword research; monitor performance and suggest improvementsVideo Editing: Edit short-form and long-form video content (client testimonials, educational clips, social media reels) for use across our website and social channelsContent Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and publish blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy that reflects our brand voiceGoogle Suite Management: Manage Google Business Profile, Google Ads campaigns (if applicable), and Google Analytics to track traffic, leads, and campaign performanceWebsite Updates: Make ongoing updates and edits to our Squarespace website, including content changes, page additions, and general upkeepCollaborate on marketing strategy and campaign calendarsMonitor and report on key marketing metricsQualificationsDemonstrated experience with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)Strong writing and content editing skillsWorking knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and/or Google AdsSelf-starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlinesExperience with Squarespace a plusInsurance or financial services marketing experience a plus, but not requiredDetailsType: Full-time (approx. 35–40 hrs/week)Location: Estero, FL area preferred; remote work considered for the right candidateCompensation: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experienceWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Join the Ted Todd Insurance TeamTed Todd Insurance (TTI), an Allstate agency with a longstanding history since 1986, is the largest Allstate agency operating out of Florida.
