Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)The Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.Essential Functions:Personal Care with ADLs and IADLsCompanion/Sitter/Household ManagementStand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clientsClient is a man in 80s and the family needs immediate assistance for 4-5 hours daily/3 days a week.Occasional Transportation to run errands within 5 mile radius once a week.Qualifications/Educational Requirements:High school graduate or G.E.D certificateAbility to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the jobPossess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the jobClean background with no history.Must be:Willing to keep client activeGood at communicatingHave driver's license and carSome benefits include:Training ProgramsCompensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
