Saatva is a direct-to-consumer mattress and home furnishings company with a nationwide network of viewing rooms. Responsibilities Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts. Clearly communicate product benefits, address customer inquiries, and troubleshoot and resolve issues. Maintain timely and regular attendance as a key performance expectation. Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays. Deliver a world‑class experience to our customers. Become a product expert to confidently assist customers. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic and complex issues via phone, live chat, and in‑person interactions on the showroom floor. Qualifications Preferred experience: 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience. Preferred additional experience: 1 year of telecommunications or call‑center experience. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and team members. Well‑organized with excellent multitasking skills and a commitment to high‑quality results. Comfortable using personal computers and related software, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously. Positive attitude.
