Assistant Store Manager – Fort Collins, Colorado Job Summary – No nights! The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. Hours of Operation Mon‑Fri 9:30 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am – 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Pay Starting at $18.00/hour + bonus What You'll Do Rent storage units Prepare rental agreements Handle monetary transactions and banking activities Clean vacated units and perform general property cleaning Promote and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers Perform light maintenance Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services Maintain general curb appeal Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (must have) Undergo a background check Perform other duties as assigned by the company Who We're Looking For Enjoys providing exceptional customer service while effectively selling the rental experience Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adapts to and embraces change Terrific attitude Benefits Monthly Bonus Incentive Plan Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) No evening hours Paid time off 401(k) matching Life insurance & disability insurance Employee assistance program Discounts – Health & fitness, legal, entertainment, computers & electronics Diversity & Inclusion SmartStop Self Storage is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
