Huntington is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist to partner with TA managers and HR leaders to design creative sourcing programs for a range of roles across multiple sites. You will map the talent landscape and develop strategies to attract passive, diverse candidates. You will source and qualify passive candidates using CRM and ATS tools, maintain data, and provide regular updates to the TA team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Huntington
