Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role located in Jacksonville, FL. The Attorney will handle a caseload of personal injury matters, including client intake, case evaluation, and communication with clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and preparing cases for negotiation, mediation, and trial. The role involves providing sound legal advice, developing case strategies, negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, and appearing in court as needed. The Attorney will collaborate with support staff and other attorneys to ensure excellent case management and high-quality client service. Qualifications Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. Strong foundational understanding of the law. Experience in personal injury preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide clear, client-focused Legal Advice and develop effective case strategies. Proficient in legal Research, including case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to personal injury practice. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Current admission to The Florida Bar and active license to practice in Florida is required for applicants performing attorney functions. Recent law school graduates who are pursuing Florida Bar admission are also encouraged to apply and may be considered for a modified role with duties appropriately limited until admission. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization. Commitment to community and client advocacy is highly valued.
