Position Overview

• Execute a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, offering a clear and compassionate explanation of each procedure
• Work in tandem with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic results
• Effectively operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
• Document all procedures accurately while maintaining patient records in the electronic medical system
• Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a relevant field
• Preferably completed a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Valid certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
