RN - Stepdown

Join a dedicated nursing team providing complex patient care in a stepdown setting. Responsibilities Include Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing holistic care plans. Analyzing data to determine diagnoses and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to set outcomes. Implementing care strategies, ensuring patient safety, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Evaluating progress, maintaining current knowledge, and applying evidence-based practices. Communicating effectively and promoting a safe environment at all times. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent. Current RN licensure in the respective state with required certifications such as BLS and ALS or equivalent. Additional certifications like PALS, ENPC, or TNCC preferred, depending on location. No prior experience necessary. Physical And Professional Requirements Include Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and data entry. Use of vision, hearing, smell, and physical dexterity. Ability to lift or move patients occasionally. Role Details Full-time night shift with every third weekend.
