Our promise is to provide outstanding service as it remains to be our first and foremost mission.Position Summary: The Transportation Technology Integration Specialist will be responsible for set up of new and or existing dedicated accounts, performing continuous improvement, as well as analyzing and responding to all customer needs and or focuses. This position will partner closely with Pyle's engineering, business analytics, operations and account management teams to ensure success. The goal of this position is to utilize the best technologies and cost-effective solutions to insure long term success.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:Working closely with customer base to successfully onboard and maintain new businessUtilizing knowledge and understanding of the quality process and be able to apply tools or technology in business casesResearching and evaluating new technologies, methods, and equipment that enhance service and/or reduce costReviewing, developing, and analyzing existing corporate processesDeveloping and utilizing optimization and simulation modeling to analyze A Duie Pyle's networkDesigning and developing processes which improve service and/or reduce costEvaluating the purchase and/or relocation of equipmentRegularly evaluating processes and key metrics from a network perspectivePerforming ad-hoc projects and analytics as required by Operations leadershipResearching new techniques in freight handling or movementTo be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics preferred; experience in supply chain or business analytics a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs and other tools to manage projects and execute analysisAbility to travelMust be detail oriented and enjoy a fast paced, multi-tasking, customer service minded environmentMust have excellent interpersonal verbal and written communications and organizational skillsMust display a sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, with attention to detailWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
