Electrical Assembler

Job Description We are seeking an Electronics Assembler for a very important client. Basic Skills Understands and follows proper ESD procedures each day Wears steel toe shoes, safety glasses, and ESD equipment at all times while working Understands Client part numbering system Understands and can interpret Client router and bill of materials Able to inspect and put away incoming inventory Able to participate in inventory cycle counting Understands tool locations puts tools away each day Practices 5S each day Cleans off bench and sweeps work area each day Can hand solder skillfully and inspect their work Assembly Skills Positions product cart and distributes point of use inventory bins to their specified locations Prepares bench positions for assembly, including tools, instructions, test fixtures, poka-yoke fixtures Performs secondary operations such as PDB hand stuffing and hand soldering Ensures correct parts are being used and assemblies are built to print specifications Maintains expected productivity output levels and completes assignments as scheduled Ensures product quality meets standards by inspecting each piece Inspects and verifies work has been completed correctly Troubleshoots any problems to the component level and makes any necessary repairs Sets up and operates programming equipment Sets up and operates HiPot tester Sets up poka-yoke station Performs final assembly, labelling, inspection, and packing LED tape cutting and soldering skills Works safely at all times #J-18808-Ljbffr
