Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with dietary guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Support dietary staff in food inventory management and storage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with residents to create a welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Assist with special dietary needs and preferences as required.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to menu planning.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a dietary or food service role is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor and a passion for serving others.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background check and health screenings.
