Job Description

* Support preconstruction activities including scope reviews and bid documentation

* Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation across multiple jobs

* Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and design partners

* Proactively identify risks, schedule impacts, and cost drivers

* Participate in weekly job meetings and limited site visits as needed

The Successful Applicant

* 1+ year of commercial construction PE or APM experience

* Handson experience managing RFIs and project documentation

* Processdriven and highly organized working style

* Proactive communicator who anticipates issues early

* Design/build or negotiated work exposure preferred

What's on Offer

Salary range: $75,000-$85,000 base, with flexibility for the right candidate.
