This role will support staffing flexibility, case volume, and continued high-quality perioperative care across multiple service lines. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of Operating Room Nursing experience and be comfortable caring for a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric. Our outpatient services may include General Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Plastics, Orthopedics, ENT, Endoscopy, and Breast Surgery. We are looking for an RN who is self-motivated, dependable, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment. Per Diem support is essential to maintain safe staffing levels, ensuring efficient patient flow, and supporting staff coverage for fluctuating case volumes. Summary Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
