Requirements

Bartender – Rooftop Patio

Position Summary: Bartenders create the energy of the rooftop patio by delivering exceptional cocktails, beer service, and engaging guest interaction. This role is key to building atmosphere and maintaining speed and accuracy during high-volume service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with accuracy and consistency
• Engage guests and create a welcoming rooftop vibe
• Maintain speed of service during peak patio hours
• Set up, stock, and keep the bar clean and service-ready
• Provide menu and beverage recommendations to guests
• Support servers with drink orders and overall service flow
• Follow responsible alcohol service standards
• Stay organized and efficient in a high-volume environment

Requirements:

• Strong guest interaction and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep service moving
• Knowledge of cocktails and craft beer
• High-volume bar experience preferred

Required Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat

Weekends/Holidays: Preferred but not required
