About FreeTime

FreeTime is building the easiest way for people to reclaim their time.

Instead of juggling laundry, cleaning, returns, grocery runs, package drop-offs, and other everyday tasks, customers can open the FreeTime app and connect with trusted local service providers in minutes.

We're launching in Manhattan with three core services:

• Home Cleaning
• Laundry
• Errands

As a FreeTime Service Provider, you'll choose which services you'd like to offer, set your availability, and accept only the opportunities that work for you, all through the FreeTime app.

FreeTime handles the technology so you can spend more time serving customers and less time managing scheduling, messaging, payments, and logistics.

Services You Can Offer

As a FreeTime Service Provider, you can offer one, two, or all three of the following services:

Home Cleaning

• Clean apartments and homes to a high standard.
• Follow customer instructions provided in the app.
• Offer optional additional services including car wash, organizing, and more.

Laundry

• Pick up, wash, and return customer laundry using a laundromat, home laundry equipment, or other laundry facilities.
• Wash, dry, fold, and package clothing according to customer preferences.
• Handle garments carefully and professionally.

Errands

• Grocery shopping
• Prescription pickup (where legally permitted)
• Returns and exchanges
• Package drop-off and pickup
• Other everyday errands requested through the platform

Providers can enable or disable any service category at any time within the app.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

• Reliable

• Able to communicate professionally in English with customers, through the app and in person
• Comfortable using a smartphone
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences

To join the FreeTime platform, you'll also need to:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a smartphone with reliable internet access.
• Be able to pass identity verification and a background check.
• Have reliable transportation appropriate for the services you choose to provide.
• Be able to lift and carry laundry bags and household supplies.
• Be comfortable entering customers' homes when providing cleaning services.

Previous professional experience is welcome but not required. Applicants should be able to demonstrate relevant skills and reliability, and be prepared to provide references during the application process.

Earnings

Typical provider earnings range from $28-40+ per active service hour after the FreeTime platform fee (plus tips), depending on the services you provide, customer demand, location, and efficiency.

Work Arrangement

This opportunity is offered through the FreeTime marketplace.

Independent service providers use the FreeTime platform to connect with customers seeking laundry, cleaning, and errand services.

Providers operate independently and control when, where, and how often they offer services through the FreeTime platform.

There are no required shifts or minimum hours, and providers may offer services through other platforms or to their own clients, subject to the FreeTime Terms of Service.
