Supervisor, Project Controls

Responsibilities Supervisor Project Controls (SPC) position provides day-to-day leadership, direction, management and oversight of assigned project controls resources. Lead/direct assigned resources in review of project controls status (cost, contract, WBS, schedule, resource, etc.). Responsible for coaching and mentoring of Project Controls Specialists. Assure project control data collection tools, analysis, communication and reporting systems are available and functioning according to Enterprise policies. Guide assigned unit resources in performing complex aspects of project estimating, scheduling, change control and cost management. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in: Business, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or Other Technical 6 years minimum required related experience High School / GED and 10 years minimum required related experience Master’s Degree in: Project Management, Business, or Finance (preferred) Project Management Professional Certification (preferred) Any of the following certifications:

/ AACE-PSP / AACE-CEP / CAPM / AACE-CCC / PMI-SP (preferred) Software such as MS Project/MS Office Suite, Primavera, Business Objects, Passport, PowerPlan, Emax, Peoplesoft (preferred) Hard Skills Project Estimating Change Control Cost Management Data Analysis Resource Management Soft Skills Coaching Mentoring Leadership Certifications & Qualifications Project Management Professional Certification AACE-EVP
