Job Summary: Healing Haven is looking for full-time and part-time CCC-SLP's in Madison Heights! Pay range: $90,000-$125,600 (pro-rated based on hours worked) (Total annual compensation, including bonus incentives). Join Our Team at Healing Haven! Our Madison Heights campus includes four specialized clinics designed to serve children and young adults at every stage of life. We believe in treating the family as a whole, often incorporating siblings and parents into therapy. Our services include speech therapy, ABA therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, and a 3-month parent training clinic. Responsibilities Lead impactful and engaging 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, starting with thoughtful assessments and keeping progress on track with timely re‑evaluations. Stay on top of documentation by completing daily treatment notes and submitting progress summaries by the 1st of each due month. Work closely with parents, BCBAs, and fellow professionals to create a well‑rounded, collaborative approach to treatment goals. Keep learning and growing by participating in company training and required professional development. Track your time with ease by submitting accurate timesheets in line with the Central Reach calendar deadlines. Prepare key reports (initials, re‑evaluations, authorizations, AAC) that help drive client care forward. Support the team by providing supervision to students, clinical fellows, or new hires when needed. Protect client privacy by maintaining HIPAA compliance and keeping confidentiality a top priority Requirements Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
