Sanitation Validation Coordinator

Join a growing manufacturing team supporting quality and compliance in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain sanitation validation documentation.
• Review validation packets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Track validation projects and support production timelines.
• Create and update SOPs, forms, and validation records.
• Partner with QA, Manufacturing, and Sanitation teams to resolve documentation issues.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Life Science, Quality, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Document Control, Validation, or a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience reviewing validation protocols, batch records, or quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred

• Experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, food, or consumer products manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and document control systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chatsworth, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
