Your Impact

• Hit quality benchmarks by thoroughly washing and cleaning automotive components.
• Isolate faults in electrical and electronic systems and fix what’s failing.
• Use equipment diagnostics to surface root causes and drive effective solutions.
• Restore and fine-tune mechanical systems and components to peak performance.
• Partner with manufacturing to improve efficiency and remove bottlenecks.
• Document all cleaning, diagnostic, and repair actions with accuracy.
• Protect people and product by following safety protocols and maintaining a tidy work area.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Hands-on experience diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical/electronic systems.
• Mechanical know-how and confidence executing component repairs.
• Understanding of automotive manufacturing systems and process flows.
• Strong problem-solving, precision, and attention to detail.
• Team mindset with the ability to operate independently when needed.
• Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technology certification is a plus.
