From high-voltage (HV) to extra-high-voltage (EHV) systems, you will lead projects that increase capacity, integrate renewable energy, and harden the grid against the elements.Your ImpactDesign Excellence: Engineer overhead and underground systems using PLS-CADD, ensuring compliance with NESC, ASCE, and ACI standards.End-to-End Ownership: Move projects from conceptual routing and engineering analysis to material procurement and construction-ready packages.Innovation: Apply advanced modeling (PLS-TOWER, LPILE, FAD) to solve site-specific challenges, from complex foundation designs to intricate voltage conversions.Leadership: (For Senior/Lead roles) Mentor junior engineers, manage client interfaces, and steer multi-disciplinary teams toward successful project delivery.Who You AreYou are a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
