Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care services and report any changes in client conditions promptly.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
• Background check clearance and valid driver's license may be required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
