Project ManagerThe Project Manager will own every aspect of assigned projects. Assigned projects will be specifically related to the rapid growth sector of energy storage. Driving the project as account manager from the pre-sale bidding stage until commissioning and field operation is required. The Project Manager must be capable of delegating tasks to others inside the company and following up to ensure deliverables are met. Follow up with customers and third parties is also critical to ensure that their input is received in a timely manner, to keep the project on schedule.Commercial as well as technical aspects need to be considered to ensure project success. The Project Manager will interface internally with people from almost all the internal teams at EPC. The role offers a good variety of tasks with organization, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and leadership being critical.This role can be in-office, hybrid or remote. The Project Manager will need to visit the factories in Poway, CA or Simpsonville, SC as needed. Please also consider that large amounts of time in the field at customers' sites may be required from time to time.Responsibilities:Coordinate with customers and EPC sales, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, finance, project engineers, and service teams to ensure successful deliveriesEnsure all commercial and schedule aspects of project are clear and appropriateDocument, file and organize project informationManage change orders in ERP system Document commercial items as neededDrive project scheduling, management, delivery, and commissioningRecommend and implement risk assessment and abatement plan to meet project budgets and targetsIdentify, resolve, and communicate resolution on customer issues, escalating unresolved issues to immediate managerIdentify opportunities and provide recommendations to business unit for improvements on sales management and project execution processesServe as single point of contact for customers on assigned projectsPerform other related duties as assigned by managementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree required, training in Project Management ideal3-5+ years' experience in project coordination or project managementAbility to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills & good customer service mentalityProactive attitudeAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsExperience in Microsoft and Google environmentsBasic understanding of technical conceptsBenefits401(k) with company matchingMedical, dental, and vision insuranceDisability and life insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO)Tuition reimbursementEmployee Incentive Program (EIP)EPC Power is an equal opportunity employer.
