Responsibilities * Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their vision needs and style preferences. * Perform precise measurements to ensure proper fit and comfort of eyewear. * Provide product information and answer customer questions regarding lenses, coatings, and adjustments. * Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer orders. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment. * Stay current on new products, industry trends, and vision care technologies. Requirements * Previous experience as an Optician or in a related optical retail role is preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities. * High school diploma or equivalent required.
