Advertising Sales Representative – Carolinas Territory
1099 Independent Contractor | Commission Only | Field Sales

Lorenzo Executive Advisory is recruiting on behalf of Regal Publications , a hospitality marketing company with more than 40 years of experience serving hotels and their guests.

We’re looking for an experienced, self-directed sales professional to develop advertising relationships with local businesses throughout key North and South Carolina hospitality markets.

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being in the field, meeting business owners face-to-face, prospecting for new business, and managing a territory independently.

You’ll sell advertising opportunities that help local restaurants, attractions, retailers, entertainment venues, service businesses, and other merchants reach hotel guests and travelers.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect local businesses in person, by phone, and by email
• Meet business owners and decision-makers
• Present advertising opportunities and close new accounts
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Manage your own pipeline and territory activity
• Travel within assigned Carolinas markets for approved sales projects
• Participate in regular team sales meetings and territory updates

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Commission-only, uncapped earning opportunity for an experienced self-directed sales professional.

The more qualified advertiser relationships you develop and close, the more you can earn. Commissions are paid biweekly as sales are processed and collected.

Travel & Support

This is a field-based opportunity and may require travel for 1–2 weeks at a time depending on the project.

For approved sales projects, complimentary hotel accommodations are provided through the company’s hotel network.

Representatives are responsible for routine expenses such as gas and meals.

• Potential renewal business in established markets

Who We’re Looking For

• Outside sales
• Advertising or media sales

• Digital marketing
• Territory sales
• Small-business B2B sales

You should be comfortable with cold prospecting, independent work, commission-based earnings, and extended periods in the field.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
